NORMAS LEGALES El Peruano Lima, domingo 29 de abril de 2007 344485 ÍNDICE DE USOS PARA LA UBICACIÓN DE LAS ACTIVIDADES URBANAS DEL DISTRITO DE MIRAFLORES NOTAS LEYENDA 1.-La aplicación del presente Indice de Usos esta referido al uso del suelo de acuerdo a los tres sectores en los que se ha div idido el distrito.D USO CONFORME 2.-Las Edi fi caciones deberan adecuarse a las Normas a las que se re fi ere el Reglamento de Zoni fi cación del Distrito y al Reglamento Nacional de Edi fi caciones. USO NO CONFORME 3.-Los inmuebles que cuenten con licencia de construcción comercial, Declaratoria de Fabrica comercial (inscrita en Registros P úblicos sin carga) para el desarrollo de una actividad especi fi ca podran solicitar la licencia para esta actividad u otra relacionada al uso de comercio local u O fi cinas Administrativas. cActividades Profesionales desarrolladas directamente por el residente del inmueble hasta un máximo de 40 m2, sin modi fi cacion de fachada y sin publicidad exterior, se exigirá el cumplimiento de los niveles operacionales y estándares de calidad aprobados por la Municipalidad de Mira fl ores. 4.-En las Zonas Residenciales: RDMA ,RDA ,RDM y RDB , los inmuebles que cuenten con resolución de Cambio de Uso a local comercia l podrán solicitar la licencia de funcionamiento para actividades relacionadas al uso de comercio local u O fi cinas Administrativas, debiendo resolver el requerimiento de estacionamiento en el interior del lote. yActividades comerciales que se podran desarrollar en una vivienda existente sin incremento de area techada y sin modi fi cacion de fachada, se exigirá el cumplimiento de los niveles operacionales y estándares de calidad aprobados por la Municipalidad de Mira fl ores (ver observaciones).
