WHEREAS, the Parties through this Amendment Nº Twenty-One desire to amend the Agreement to extend the Completion Date;THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: SECTION A: Article 4 (Completion Date), letter (a) is amended by deleting the date “September 30, 2024” and replacing it with “September 30, 2027”. SECTION B: This Amendment Nº Twenty-One is prepared in both the English and Spanish languages. In the event of divergence in interpretation between the English and Spanish language texts, the English language text shall control. SECTION C: Except as expressly amended in this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain unchanged. SECTION D: This Amendment Nº Twenty-One shall enter into force on the date speci fi ed by the Grantee in its written noti fi cation to USAID communicating that the internal procedures required for this purpose have been fulfi lled.
