Entrada en vigencia de la "Enmienda Nº Doce al Convenio de Donación entre los Estados Unidos de América y la República del Perú (Convenio de Donación de USAID Nº 527-0426)", suscrita el 24 de agosto de 2018 y ratificada mediante Decreto Supremo Nº 002-2019-RE, de fecha 24 de enero de 2019.
