Aprueban Cuadro para Asignacion de Personal del Consejo Nacional del Ambiente - CONAM
RESOLUCION SUPREMA Nº 193-2001-PCM MORDAZA, 2 de MORDAZA de 2001 CONSIDERANDO: Que, mediante Decreto Supremo Nº 022-2001-PCM se aprobo el Reglamento de Organizacion y Funciones - ROF del Consejo Nacional del Ambiente - CONAM; Que, en consecuencia, resulta necesario aprobar el Cuadro para Asignacion de Personal - CAP del Consejo Nacional del Ambiente - CONAM; De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Decreto Legislativo Nº 560 - Ley del Poder Ejecutivo, Ley Nº 27427 - Ley de Racionalidad y Limites en el Gasto Publico para el ano 2001; y, Estando a lo acordado; SE RESUELVE: Articulo 1º.- Aprobar el Cuadro para Asignacion de Personal - CAP del Consejo Nacional del Ambiente - CONAM, que forma parte integrante de la presente Resolucion. Articulo 2º.- La presente Resolucion Suprema sera refrendada por el Presidente del Consejo de Ministros. Registrese, comuniquese y publiquese.
