115 NORMAS LEGALES Jueves 15 de julio de 2021 El Peruano / Contribution; Three Million Seventy Thousand Thirty-Five United States Dollars ($3,070,035) an increment from the Delegated Cooperation of the Government of Canada; and Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Nine United States Dollars ($870,529) from the Government of Norway pursuant to a new Agreement on Delegated Cooperation signed between USAID and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) on August 25, 2020; (b) Pursuant to ARTICLE 3 Section 3.1(b), increase USAID’s total estimated contribution in the amount of Sixty Million United States Dollars ($60,000,000). From this amount, Forty Million United States Dollars ($40,000,000) will be implemented through the Bilateral Program with Peru and Twenty Million United States Dollars ($20,000,000) will be implemented through the South America Regional Program; (c) Adjust the Grantee’s contributions pursuant to ARTICLE 3 Section 3.2(b); and (d) Modify the Illustrative Financial Plan attached as Table 1 of the Agreement to re fl ect the Grantee’s required contribution under the Agreement. THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. The text of ARTICLE 3, Section 3.1(a) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: (a) The Grant: To help achieve the Goal and Development Objectives set forth in this Agreement, USAID, pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, hereby grants to the Grantee under the terms of the Agreement the amount of Six Hundred Sixty-Two Million Two Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Thirty Eight United States Dollars ($662,237,038) (the “Grant”). 2. The text of ARTICLE 3, Section 3.1(b) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: (b) Total Estimated USAID Contribution. USAID’s total estimated contribution to achievement of the Goal and Development Objectives will be Six Hundred Eighty Million United States Dollars ($680,000,000), of which Four Hundred Eighty Million United States Dollars ($480,000,000) will be implemented exclusively in the Republic of Peru and Two Hundred Million United States Dollars ($200,000,000) will be implemented through the South America Regional Program for activities in Peru and other countries in the region, as described in Table 1 – Illustrative Financial Plan in Annex 1. USAID’s contribution will be provided in increments, which will be subject to the availability of funds to USAID for this purpose and the mutual agreement of the Parties, at the time of each subsequent increment, to proceed. The Parties agree that each such incremental contribution provided, if any, shall cumulatively increase the total amount of the Grant set forth in Section 3.1 and consequently may increase the Grantee’s contributions under Section 3.2. 3. The fi rst sentence in Section 3.2 (b) (Grantee Contributions) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following text: The total Grantee’s contribution, based on USAID’s contribution in Section 3.1(a), is expected to be at least One Hundred Fifty-Three Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand One Hundred Eighty-One United States Dollars ($153,340,181) as re fl ected in Table 1. 4. The Illustrative Financial Plan contained in Table 1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Illustrative Financial Plan attached to this Amendment as Table 1. Except as expressly amended or modi fi ed in this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain in full force and effect.
