10 NORMAS LEGALES Viernes 11 de febrero de 2022 El Peruano / ANEXO ANNEX REQUISITOS SANITARIOS PARA LA IMPORTACIÓN DE EMBRIONES DE BOVINO PROCEDENTES DE LA REPÚBLICA FEDERAL DE ALEMANIA SANITARY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IMPORT OF BOVINE EMBRYOS FROM THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY Los embriones de bovino deberán venir acompañados por un certi fi cado sanitario o fi cial, emitido por la autoridad ofi cial competente de la República Federal de Alemania, en el que conste el cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos: The bovine embryos must be accompanied by an Offi cial Sanitary Certi fi cate issued by the Of fi cial Competent Authority of the Federal Republic of Germany; which shows the compliance with the following requirements: I. IDENTIFICACIÓN:a) Nombre, código de autorización y dirección del origen de los embriones bovinos. Name, authorization code and address of origin of bovine embryos. b) Fecha de colección y congelamiento de embriones. Date of collection and freezing of embryos. c) Identi fi cación completa de las vacas donadoras. Complete identi fi cation of donor cows. d) Raza y edad de las vacas donadoras. Breed and age of donor cows. e) Raza del toro donador. Breed of the donor bull. f) Número de registro del toro donador. Registration number of the donor bull. g) Identi fi cación de las pajuelas de embriones. Identi fi cation of embryo straws. h) Cantidad total (unidades) de pajuelas de embriones. Total quantity (units) of embryo straws. II. REQUISITOS SANITARIOS / SANITARY REQUIREMENTS : 1. La República Federal de Alemania es libre de Fiebre Aftosa, Fiebre del Valle del Rift y Perineumonía Contagiosa Bovina. The Federal Republic of Germany is exempt or free from Foot and Mouth Disease, Rift Valley fever and Contagious Bovine Perineumonia. 2. El centro o unidad de recogida de embriones está autorizado por la autoridad de la República Federal de Alemania y está bajo supervisión veterinaria o fi cial. El centro o la unidad de recogida de embriones está habilitado/reconocido por el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Agraria - SENASA. The embryo center collection or unit is authorized by the Federal Republic of Germany Authority and is under of fi cial veterinary supervision. The collection center or the collection unit/embryo is authorized/recognized by the SENASA. 3. En los sesenta (60) días previos a la recogida, ni el centro o unidad de recogida de embriones, ni las explotaciones a su alrededor estuvieron bajo restricciones o medidas de cuarentena relacionadas a enfermedades de noti fi cación obligatoria y transmisibles por la transferencia de embriones. In the sixty (60) days prior to collection, neither the embryo collection team nor the farms around it were subject to restrictions or quarantine measures related to noti fi able and transmissible diseases due to embryo transfer. 4. Los embriones fueron recogidos, lavados y tratados con tripsina, según los estándares recomendados por la Organización Mundial de Sanidad Animal (OIE). The embryos were collected, washed, and treated with trypsin, according to the standards recommended by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE). 5. Semen bovino: Bovine semen: El esperma/semen bovino utilizado para la inseminación/fertilización, fue recogido y tratado acorde con los estándares aprobados por la OIE y producido y almacenado en un centro de recogida de esperma autorizado; o, The bovine semen used for insemination/ fertilization, was collected and treated according to OIE-approved standards and produced and stored in an authorized semen collection center; or, El esperma/semen fue importado a la República Federal de Alemania acorde con lo estipulado en la Unión Europea y cumple al menos el estatus de sanidad veterinaria de la República Federal de Alemania. The sperm was imported into the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with the provisions of the European Union and meets at least the veterinary sanitary status of the Federal Republic of Germany. 6. Las vacas donadoras no presentaron signos clínicos de enfermedades transmisibles a la especie bovina, al momento de la recolección de embriones. The donor cows did not show clinical signs of diseases transmissible to the bovine species, at the time of embryos collection. 7. BRUCELOSIS Y TUBERCULOSIS: BRUCELLOSIS AND TUBERCULOSIS: La República Federal de Alemania es o fi cialmente libre de tuberculosis bovina y las donadoras proceden de una explotación donde no se ha registrado ningún caso de tuberculosis bovina en los últimos tres (3) años; o, durante el período de aislamiento de treinta (30) días en la explotación de origen y antes de la recogida de embriones, los animales fueron sometidos a una prueba de tuberculinización cuyo resultado fue negativo. The Federal Republic of Germany is of fi cially free from bovine tuberculosis and the donors come from a farm where no case of bovine tuberculosis has been reported in the last three (3) years; or, during the thirty (30) days isolation period in the farm of origin and before collection of embryos, the animals were subjected to a tuberculin test whose result was negative . La República Federal de Alemania está o fi cialmente libre de brucelosis bovina y los animales donantes proceden de una explotación donde no se ha registrado ningún caso de brucelosis bovina en los últimos tres (3) años; o, los animales fueron sometidos una vez al año a una de las siguientes pruebas con resultado negativo (certi fi car lo que corresponde): The Federal Republic of Germany is of fi cially free of bovine brucellosis and the donor animals come from a farm where no case of bovine brucellosis has been reported for the last three (3) years; or, the animals were subjected to one of the following tests once a year with negative results (certify as appropriate): • ELISA o Ensayo de fl uorescencia polarizada o Fijación de Complemento.
