DISPOSICIONES COMPLEMENTARIAS Los suministros de gas natural a quienes les hu- biere sido solicitado Aportes y/o Sobrecargos de acuerdo a la presente norma, no podrán ser consi-derados como parte de los compromisos de inver- sión mínimos asumidos por el Concesionario ante el Estado peruano.
