Servicio Publico de Electricidad, aprobada por Resolucion OSINERG Nº 345-2004-OS/CD, mientras no se apruebe un procedimiento administrativo para los consumidores de gas natural, la referida Directiva sera de aplicacion a las reclamaciones vinculadas a la prestacion del servicio publico de gas natural en lo que fuere pertinente. DISPOSICIONES COMPLEMENTARIAS Los suministros de gas natural a quienes les hubiere sido solicitado Aportes y/o Sobrecargos de acuerdo a la presente MORDAZA, no podran ser considerados como parte de los compromisos de inversion minimos asumidos por el Concesionario ante el Estado peruano.
