ERNESTO MOLINA CHÁVEZ Presidente 323029-3 GOBIERNO REGIONAL DE ICA Disponen publicar relación de concesiones mineras cuyos títulos fueron aprobados en el mes de enero de 2009 DIRECCIÓN REGIONAL DE ENERGÍA Y MINAS RESOLUCIÓN DIRECTORAL REGIONAL Nº 001-2009-GORE-ICA/DREM/M Ica, 3 de febrero de 2009 VISTOS: La Relación de Títulos de Concesión Mineras otorgados a los pequeños productores mineros y mineros artesanales, por la Dirección Regional de Energía y Minas de Ica (DREM-ICA) en el mes anterior, conforme lo informado por el Área Técnica de la DREM - ICA; y, CONSIDERANDO; Que, mediante Resolución Ejecutiva Regional Nº 0477-2008-GORE/ICA/PR se delega al Director Regional de Energía y Minas, del Gobierno Regional de Ica, la competencia de otorgamiento de concesiones mineras para la pequeña minería y minería artesanal de alcance regional. Que, mediante Resolución Ministerial Nº 121-2008- MEM/DM, publicada el 10 de marzo del 2008, se declaró que el Gobierno Regional de Ica ha concluido el proceso de transferencia de funciones sectoriales en materia de Energía y Minas, siendo a partir de su publicación competentes para ejercer entre otras, la función de otorgar concesiones mineras para la Pequeña Minería y Minería Artesanal de alcance Regional. Que, de conformidad con el artículo 124º de D.S. Nº 014-92-EM - TUO de la Ley General de Minería-, del D.S. Nº 018-92-EM -Reglamento de Procedimientos Mineros y el inciso n) del artículo 10º del D.S.
