NORMAS LEGALES El Peruano Lima, sábado 1 de enero de 2011 433392 diferentes áreas de la Municipalidad, informar cuáles de las normas que se encuentren en el ámbito de sus atribuciones, consideran que no son aplicables en la actualidad; Que, con Memorándum Nº 1065-2010-MDLP/ OGA y 1148-2010-MDLP/OPP, la Ofi cina General de Administración y la Ofi cina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto, remiten la información solicitada; Que, de conformidad a lo previsto en el Artículo 200º de la Constitución Política del Perú, las Ordenanzas son normas con rango de ley. Artículo 6º.- La presente Ordenanza entrará en vigencia a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el Diario Ofi cial El Peruano. Regístrese, comuníquese, cúmplase y publíquese.
