diferentes areas de la Municipalidad, informar cuales de las normas que se encuentren en el ambito de sus atribuciones, consideran que no son aplicables en la actualidad; Que, con Memorandum Nº 1065-2010-MDLP/ OGA y 1148-2010-MDLP/OPP, la Oficina General de Administracion y la Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto, remiten la informacion solicitada; Que, de conformidad a lo previsto en el Articulo 200º de la Constitucion Politica del Peru, las Ordenanzas son normas con rango de ley. Asimismo, segun el Articulo 9º de la Ley Organica de Municipalidades, Nº 27972, corresponde al Concejo Municipal aprobar, modificar o derogar las ordenanzas; Estando a lo expuesto, con el Informe Nº 401-2010MDLP/OAJ, de la Oficina de Asesoria Juridica, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Articulo 9º Numeral 9, y 40º de la Ley Organica de Municipalidades, Nº 27972, el Concejo por mayoria, con dispensa del tramite de lectura y aprobacion del acta, APROBO la siguiente: ORDENANZA QUE APRUEBA EL LISTADO DE NORMAS NO VIGENTES DE CARACTER GENERAL DEL DISTRITO DE LA PUNTA Articulo 1º.- Normas explicitamente excluidas del derecho vigente: No forman parte del ordenamiento juridico vigente, las siguientes normas que, en su integridad, fueron explicitamente derogadas, o declaradas sin efecto o valor legal:

Articulo 4º.- Normas que no forman parte del ordenamiento interno vigente, por haberse cumplido su proposito. No forman parte del ordenamiento juridico vigente las siguientes normas que contienen disposiciones no derogadas implicitamente pero con cometido especifico ya superado al presente.

Articulo 2º.- Normas que se encuentran derogadas tacitamente. No forman parte del ordenamiento juridico vigente las siguientes normas que se encuentran derogadas tacitamente:

No forman parte del ordenamiento juridico vigente las siguientes normas que contienen en parte, disposiciones no derogadas implicitamente pero con cometido temporal ya superado al presente por el mero transcurso del tiempo:

Articulo 5º.- ENCARGAR a la Secretaria General, el cumplimiento de la presente MORDAZA, su comunicacion al Ministerio de Justicia, asi como la publicacion en el Diario El Peruano, en el MORDAZA del Estado Peruano (www.peru.gob. pe), y en el MORDAZA Institucional (www.munilapunta.gop.pe). Articulo 6º.- La presente Ordenanza entrara en vigencia a partir del dia siguiente de su publicacion en el Diario Oficial El Peruano. Registrese, comuniquese, cumplase y publiquese.
