Los animales para exportación han sido individualmente identi fi cados y aislados en los establecimientos de origen o en establecimientos aprobados para aislamiento preembarque por un periodo de al menos treinta (30) días previos al embarque. / The animals have been individually identi fi ed, and were kept isolated either at the farm of origin or an approved pre-export isolation facility for at least thirty (30) days prior to their departure. 2. Durante el periodo de aislamiento, los establecimientos de origen han permanecido libres de cualquier enfermedad noti fi cable que afecte a los animales. / During the pre-export isolation period, the farms of origin have been free of any noti fi able diseases that could have affected the animals for export. PRUEBAS, VACUNACIONES, TRATAMIENTOS Y EXAMEN CLÍNICO / TESTS, VACCINATIONS, TREATMENTS AND INSPECTION 1. Durante el periodo de aislamiento, los animales han sido probados, con resultado negativo, para las siguientes enfermedades: / During pre-export isolation, the animals have been subjected to the following tests, with negative results: a. Paratuberculosis/Enfermedad de Johne: ELISA Indirecta. Paratuberculosis (Johne’s disease): indirect ELISA. b. Brucelosis Ovina (B. ovis): Fijación de Complemento o ELISA. Ovine epididymitis (B. ovis): Complement Fixation (CF) test or ELISA. c. Maedi-Visna/Artritis encefalitis caprina: ELISA. Maedi-Visna/Carpine arthritis encephalitis: ELISA. 2. Los animales para exportación a la República del Perú fueron vacunados contra: / The animals were vaccinated against: a. Clostridium chauvoei , C. septicum y C. novy (nota: la vacunación debe ocurrir entre los treinta (30) y quince (15) días previos a la fecha de embarque): Fecha de vacunación, nombre de la vacuna, lote y fabricante. / Clostridium chauvoei, C. Septicum and C. Novyi, (which the vaccination carried out between thirty (30) and fi fteen (15) days prior to the scheduled date of departure): Date of vaccination, name of vaccine, manufacturer and lot number. 3. Dentro de los quince (15) días previos a la fecha de embarque, los animales fueron tratados con antiparasitarios registrados en Nueva Zelanda contra: / During pre-export isolation, and within fi fteen (15) days of the scheduled date of departure, the animals were treated, using parasiticides that are registered in New Zealand, against: a. Parásitos internos: Producto utilizado, fabricante y fecha de tratamiento. Internal parasites: Date of treatment, name of product and manufacturer. b. Parásitos externos: Producto utilizado, fabricante y fecha de tratamiento. External parasites: Date of treatment, name of product and manufacturer.INSPECCIÓN AL EMBARQUE / PRE-EXPORT EXAMINATION 1. Dentro de las sesenta y dos (72) horas previas al embarque, los animales fueron inspeccionados en el establecimiento de origen u otro aprobado por un veterinario o fi cial para con fi rmar su identidad, encontrándolos clínicamente sanos y no presentaron evidencia de tumores, ectoparásitos, heridas frescas o cicatrices recientes o de cualquier enfermedad infectocontagiosa incluyendo dermati fi losis. Within the seventy two (72) hours prior to the scheduled date of departure the animals were inspected either at the farm of origin or the pre-export isolation facility by an offi cial veterinarian to con fi rm their identity, and were found to be clinically healthy, without evidence of tumours, ecto-parasites, fresh wounds or recent scars, or any infectious or contagious disease, including dermatophilosis. INSPECCIÓN VETERINARIA EN EL PUERTO / VETERINARY INSPECTION AT THE PORT 1. Los ovinos para exportación fueron transportados al puerto de embarque en vehículos que han sido lavados y desinfectados, usando un desinfectante efectivo aprobado por el MPI. Durante el transporte, dichos animales no estuvieron en contacto con ningún animal de condición sanitaria inferior. The sheep for export were transported to the port of embarkation in vehicles that had been cleaned and disinfected, using an effective MPI-approved disinfectant. During transportation they did not come into contact with any animals not of equivalent health status. 1. Todas las cajas o jaulas que contienen los ovinos durante el transporte son nuevos o fueron lavados y desinfectados adecuadamente, usando desinfectantes aprobados por el MPI. All crates or pens used to contain the sheep during transportation were either new or had been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, using an effective MPI-approved disinfectant. PARÁGRAFO I. No se permitirá el ingreso de pasturas, concentrados, camas o desperdicios que acompañen a los animales, los que deberán ser destruidos en el punto de ingreso. II.
