( ) CERTIFICADO DE HABILITACION POR CADA PROFESIONAL, CON UNA ANTIGÜEDAD NO MAYOR DE 30 DIAS. ( ) PAGO DE DERECHO DE INSCRIPCION. ( ) COPIA LITERAL ACTUALIZADA DE LA PARTIDA REGISTRAL, EN CASO DE PERSONAS JURIDICAS. 10. DE LA VIGENCIA Y ACTUALIZACION EN EL INDICE: §La inscripción en el Indice tiene una vigencia de un (1) año, vencido el cual caduca éste, produciéndose la anulación del código asignado al profesional. §Los profesionales están obligados a comunicar al Registro cualquier modificación a la información presentada en los formatos de inscripción dentro de los diez (10 ) días de ocurrida ésta.
