NORMAS LEGALES El Peruano Lima, sábado 5 de marzo de 2011 438473 MUNICIPALIDAD DE SAN JUAN DE MIRAFLORES Aprueban Cuadro de Comisiones para el ejercicio 2011 ACUERDO DE CONCEJO Nº 000004-2011-MDSJM San Juan de Mirafl ores, 24 de enero de 2011 EL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE SAN JUAN DE MIRAFLORES Visto, en Sesión Ordinaria de Concejo la Moción de Orden del Día suscrita por el Regidor Néstor Segundo Pilco Pilco, sobre la conformación de Comisiones de Regidores para el año 2011, y; CONSIDERANDO: Que, la Ley Orgánica de Municipalidades Nº 27972, establece en su numeral 15) del Artículo 9º que corresponde al Concejo Municipal constituir Comisiones Ordinarias y Especiales conforme su Reglamento Interno; Que, con Ordenanza Nº 0001-2007 de fecha 08 de enero de 2007 se aprobó el Reglamento Interno del Concejo Municipal estableciéndose que las comisiones de Regidores son los organismos consultivos del Concejo Municipal pudiendo ser estas Ordinarias y Especiales; Estando a lo expuesto de conformidad con la Ley Orgánica de Municipalidades Nº 27972, con el voto MAYORITARIO del Concejo, con dispensa del trámite de lectura y aprobación del Acta. ACUERDA: Artículo Único.- APROBAR el Cuadro de Comisiones para el ejercicio 2011 como se detalla a continuación: 1.- Comisión de Administración, Planifi cación y Cooperación Técnica.
