El texto del ARTÍCULO 3, Sección 3.1 (a), mediante la presente es anulado en su totalidad y se sustituye con lo siguiente:1. The text of ARTICLE 3, Section 3.1(a) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: (a) La Donación: Para ayudar a alcanzar la Finalidad y Objetivos de Desarrollo establecidos en este Convenio, USAID, de conformidad con la Ley de Asistencia al Exterior de 1961 y sus enmiendas, por este medio otorga al Donatario de conformidad con los términos del Convenio el monto de Quinientos Noventa y Tres Millones Setecientos Noventa y Seis Mil Cuatrocientos Setenta y Cuatro Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($593,796,474) (la “Donación”).(a) The Grant: To help achieve the Goal and Development Objectives set forth in this Agreement, USAID, pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, hereby grants to the Grantee under the terms of the Agreement the amount of Five Hundred Ninety-Three Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Four United States Dollars ($593,796,474) (the “Grant”). 2. The text of ARTICLE 3, Section 3.1(b) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: (b) Contribución Total Estimada de USAID. La contribución total estimada de USAID para alcanzar la Finalidad y los Objetivos de Desarrollo propuestos, será de Seiscientos Veinte Millones de Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($620,000,000), de los cuales Cuatrocientos Treinta Millones de Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($430,000,000) serán ejecutados en exclusividad en la República del Perú y Ciento Noventa Millones de Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($190,000,000) serán ejecutados a través del Programa Regional para Sudamérica en actividades en Perú y otros países de la región, conforme se describe en el Cuadro 1-Plan Financiero Ilustrativo del Anexo 1. La contribución de USAID será proporcionada mediante incrementos, los cuales estarán sujetos a la disponibilidad de fondos de USAID para este propósito y al acuerdo mutuo de las Partes, en el momento en que proceda a cada incremento subsiguiente. Las Partes acuerdan que con cada incremento proporcionado, se incrementará el monto total acumulado de la Donación establecido en la Sección 3.1 y consecuentemente podrá incrementar la contribución del Donatario establecida en la Sección 3.2.(b) Total Estimated USAID Contribution. USAID’s total estimated contribution to achievement of the Goal and Development Objectives will be Six Hundred Twenty Million United States Dollars ($620,000,000), of which Four Hundred Thirty Million United States Dollars ($430,000,000) will be implemented exclusively in the Republic of Peru and One Hundred Ninety Million United States Dollars ($190,000,000) will be implemented through the South America Regional Program for activities in Peru and other countries in the region, as described in Table 1 – Illustrative Financial Plan in Annex 1. USAID’s contribution will be provided in increments, which will be subject to the availability of funds to USAID for this purpose and the mutual agreement of the Parties, at the time of each subsequent increment, to proceed. The Parties agree that each such incremental contribution provided, if any, shall cumulatively increase the total amount of the Grant set forth in Section 3.1 and consequently may increase the Grantee’s contributions under Section 3.2. 3. La primera oración de la Sección 3.2(b) (Contribuciones del Donatario) es anulada en su totalidad y se sustituye con el siguiente texto:3. The first sentence in Section 3.2 (b) (Grantee Contributions) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following text: El total de contribuciones esperadas del Donatario, tomando como base la contribución de USAID re flejada en la Sección 3.1(a), no deberá ser menor a Ciento Treinta y Seis Millones Ochocientos Cuarenta Mil Ciento Ochenta y Un Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($136,840,181), tal como se muestra en el Cuadro 1.The total Grantee’s contribution, based on USAID’s contribution in Section 3.1(a), is expected to be at least One Hundred Thirty-Six Million Eight Hundred FortyThousand One Hundred Eighty-One United States Dollars ($136,840,181) as re flected in Table 1. 4. El Plan Financiero Ilustrativo del Convenio contenido en el Cuadro 1 es por la presente anulado en su totalidad y se sustituye por el Plan Financiero Ilustrativo adjunto a esta Enmienda como Cuadro 1. 4. The Illustrative Financial Plan contained in Table 1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Illustrative Financial Plan attached to this Amendment as Table 1. 5. El ARTÍCULO 4 del Convenio es modi ficado eliminando “31 de diciembre del 2020” y substituyéndolo por “30 de septiembre del 2024.”5. ARTICLE 4 of the Agreement is hereby modi fied by deleting “December 31, 2020” and substituting with “September 30, 2024.” Excepto de lo enmendado o modi ficado en la presente Enmienda, todos los términos y condiciones del Convenio original permanecen en plena fuerza y vigencia.Except as expressly amended or modi fied in this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain in full force and effect.
