61 NORMAS LEGALES Miércoles 12 de agosto de 2020 El Peruano / POR CUANTO, el Donatario y USAID celebraron el Convenio de Donación 527-0426 el 20 de setiembre del 2012 (el “Convenio”);WHEREAS, the Grantee and USAID entered into Assistance Agreement 527-0426 dated September 20, 2012 (the “Agreement”); POR CUANTO, el Donatario y USAID enmendaron el Convenio el 19 de Julio del 2013 (Enmienda No. Uno), el 21 de Setiembre del 2013 (Enmienda No. Dos), el 26 de Agosto del 2014 (Enmiendas No. Tres y No. Cuatro), el 30 de Setiembre del 2014 (Enmienda No. Cinco), el 21 de Enero del 2015 (Enmienda No. Seis), el 30 de Setiembre del 2015 (Enmienda No. Siete), el 8 de Setiembre del 2016 (Enmienda No. Ocho), el 16 de Marzo del 2017 (Enmienda No. Nueve), el 29 de Setiembre del 2017 (Enmienda No. Diez), el 9 de Mayo del 2018 (Enmienda No. Once), el 24 de Agosto del 2018 (Enmienda No. Doce), el 17de Setiembre del 2018 (Enmienda No. Trece), el 28 de Septiembre del 2018 (Enmienda No. Catorce), el 30 de Mayo del 2019 (Enmienda No. Quince), y el 30 de Septiembre del 2019 (Enmiendas No. Dieciséis y No. Diecisiete);WHEREAS, the Grantee and USAID amended the Agreement on July 19, 2013 (Amendment No. One), on September 21, 2013 (Amendment No. Two), on August 26, 2014 (Amendments No. Three and No. Four), on September 30, 2014 (Amendment No. Five), on January 21, 2015 (Amendment No. Six), on September 30, 2015 (Amendment No. Seven), on September 8, 2016 (Amendment No. Eight), on March 16, 2017 (Amendment No. Nine), on September 29, 2017 (Amendment No. Ten), on May 9, 2018 (Amendment No. Eleven), on August 24, 2018 (Amendment No. Twelve), on September 17, 2018 (Amendment No. Thirteen), on September 28, 2018 (Amendment No. Fourteen), on May 30, 2019 (Amendment No. Fifteen), and on September 30, 2019 (Amendments No. Sixteen and No. Seventeen); POR CUANTO, USAID acordó donar al Donatario, sujeto a la disponibilidad de fondos, una contribución total estimada ascendente a Quinientos Cuarenta Millones de Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($540,000,000) la misma que será proporcionada en incrementos según los términos del Convenio, de los cuales Quinientos Veinte Millones Seiscientos Noventa y Ocho Mil Trescientos Diecisiete Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($520,698,317) han sido otorgados previamente; yWHEREAS, USAID agreed to grant to the Grantee, subject to the availability of funds, a total estimated contribution of Five Hundred Forty Million United States Dollars ($540,000,000) to be provided in increments under the terms of the Agreement, of which Five Hundred Twenty Million Six Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Seventeen United States Dollars ($520,698,317) have been previously granted; and POR CUANTO, las Partes mediante esta Enmienda No. Dieciocho desean modi ficar el Convenio para:WHEREAS, the Parties through this Amendment No. Eighteen desire to amend the Agreement to: (a) De conformidad con el ARTICULO 3, Sección 3.1(a), incrementar la Contribución de USAID en Setenta y Tres Millones Noventa y Ocho Mil Ciento Cincuenta y Siete Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($73,098,157). Este monto incluye: Sesenta y Ocho Millones Novecientos Veintitrés Mil Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($68,923,000) de contribución de USAID; Tres Millones Ciento Setenta y Dos Mil Quinientos Cincuenta y Dos Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($3,172,552) de incremento de la Cooperación Delegada del Gobierno de Canadá; y Un Millón Dos Mil Seiscientos Cinco Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($1,002,605) del Gobierno de Noruega, de conformidad con el Acuerdo de Cooperación Delegada entre USAID y la Agencia Noruega de Cooperación para el Desarrollo (NORAD) firmado el 3 de Diciembre del 2019;(a) Pursuant to ARTICLE 3 Section 3.1(a), increase the amount granted to date in the amount of Seventy-Three Million Ninety-Eight Thousand One Hundred Fifty Seven United States Dollars ($73,098,157) This amount includes: Sixty-Eight Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand United States Dollars ($68,923,000) from USAID Contribution; Three Million One Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Two United States Dollars ($3,172,552) an increment from the Delegated Cooperation of the Government of Canada; and One Million Two Thousand Six Hundred Five United States Dollars ($1,002,605) from the Government of Norway pursuant to the Agreement on Delegated Cooperation signed between USAID and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) on December 3, 2019; (b) De conformidad con el ARTÍCULO 3, Sección 3.1(b), incrementar el total de la contribución estimada de USAID por el monto de Ochenta Millones de Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($80,000,000). De este monto, Cincuenta Millones de Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($50,000,000) serán ejecutados a través del Programa Bilateral del Perú y Treinta Millones de Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($30,000,000) a través del Programa Regional para Sudamérica; b) Pursuant to ARTICLE 3 Section 3.1(b), increase USAID’s total estimated contribution in the amount of Eighty Million United States Dollars ($80,000,000). From this amount, Fifty Million United States Dollars ($50,000,000) will be implemented through the Bilateral Program with Peru and Thirty Million United States Dollars ($30,000,000) will be implemented through the South America Regional Program; (c) Ajustar el monto de la contribución del Donatario de conformidad con el ARTÍCULO 3, Sección 3.2(b);(c) Adjust the Grantee’s contributions pursuant to ARTICLE 3 Section 3.2(b); (d) Cambiar el Plan Financiero Ilustrativo adjunto como Cuadro 1 del Convenio a fin de re flejar las contribuciones requeridas y reales del Donatario así como reconocer que no se requiere Contribución del Donatario adicional bajo el Convenio; y(d) Modify the Illustrative Financial Plan attached as Table 1 of the Agreement to re flect the Grantee’s required and actual contributions as well as an acknowledgment that no further Grantee Contribution is required under the Agreement; and (e) Extender la Fecha de Terminación del Convenio al 30 de Septiembre del 2024.(e) Extend the Completion Date of the Agreement to September 30, 2024.
