48 NORMAS LEGALES Miércoles 3 de marzo de 2021 / El Peruano CONVENIOS INTERNACIONALES Enmienda N° Diecinueve al Convenio de Donación entre los Estados Unidos de América y la República del Perú (Convenio de Donación de USAID N° 527-0426) Convenio de Donación de USAID No. 527-0426 USAID Assistance Agreement No. 527-0426 ENMIENDA No. DIECINUEVE AMENDMENT No. NINETEEN AL TO THE CONVENIO DE DONACIÓN ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT ENTRE BETWEEN LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Y AND LA REPUBLICA DEL PERÚ THE REPUBLIC OF PERU Fecha: 24 de septiembre del 2020 Clasi fi cación Contable Date: September 24th, 2020 Funding Codes: ES/2019/2020 ENMIENDA No. DIECINUEVE de fecha 24 de septiembre del 2020, entre los Estados Unidos de América, representado por la Agencia de los Estados Unidos para el Desarrollo Internacional ("USAID"), y la República del Perú ("Donatario"):AMENDMENT No. NINETEEN, dated September 24 th, 2020, between the United States of America, acting through the United States Agency for International Development ("USAID"), and the Republic of Peru ("Grantee"): POR CUANTO, el Donatario y USAID celebraron el Convenio de Donación 527-0426 el 20 de setiembre del 2012 (el “Convenio”);WHEREAS, the Grantee and USAID entered into Assistance Agreement 527-0426 dated September 20, 2012 (the “Agreement”); POR CUANTO, el Donatario y USAID enmendaron el Convenio el 19 de Julio del 2013 (Enmienda No. Uno), el 21 de Setiembre del 2013 (Enmienda No. Dos), el 26 de Agosto del 2014 (Enmiendas No. Tres y No. Cuatro), el 30 de Setiembre del 2014 (Enmienda No. Cinco), el 21 de Enero del 2015 (Enmienda No. Seis), el 30 de Setiembre del 2015 (Enmienda No. Siete), el 8 de Setiembre del 2016 (Enmienda No. Ocho), el 16 de Marzo del 2017 (Enmienda No. Nueve), el 29 de Setiembre del 2017 (Enmienda No. Diez), el 9 de Mayo del 2018 (Enmienda No. Once), el 24 de Agosto del 2018 (Enmienda No. Doce), el 17 de Setiembre del 2018 (Enmienda No. Trece), el 28 de Septiembre del 2018 (Enmienda No. Catorce), el 30 de Mayo del 2019 (Enmienda No. Quince), el 30 de Septiembre del 2019 (Enmiendas No. Dieciséis y No. Diecisiete), y el 30 de Junio del 2020 (Enmienda No. Dieciocho);WHEREAS, the Grantee and USAID amended the Agreement on July 19, 2013 (Amendment No. One), on September 21, 2013 (Amendment No. Two), on August 26, 2014 (Amendments No. Three and No. Four), on September 30, 2014 (Amendment No. Five), on January 21, 2015 (Amendment No. Six), on September 30, 2015 (Amendment No. Seven), on September 8, 2016 (Amendment No. Eight), on March 16, 2017 (Amendment No. Nine), on September 29, 2017 (Amendment No. Ten), on May 9, 2018 (Amendment No. Eleven), on August 24, 2018 (Amendment No. Twelve), on September 17, 2018 (Amendment No. Thirteen), on September 28, 2018 (Amendment No. Fourteen), on May 30, 2019 (Amendment No. Fifteen), on September 30, 2019 (Amendments No. Sixteen and No. Seventeen), and on June 30, 2020 (Amendment No. Eighteen); POR CUANTO, USAID acordó donar al Donatario, sujeto a la disponibilidad de fondos, una contribución total estimada ascendente a Seiscientos Veinte Millones de Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($620,000,000) la misma que será proporcionada en incrementos según los términos del Convenio, de los cuales Quinientos Noventa y Tres Millones Setecientos Noventa y Seis Mil Cuatrocientos Setenta y Cuatro Dólares de los Estados Unidos ($593,796,474) han sido otorgados previamente; yWHEREAS, USAID agreed to grant to the Grantee, subject to the availability of funds, a total estimated contribution of Six Hundred Twenty Million United States Dollars ($620,000,000) to be provided in increments under the terms of the Agreement, of which Five Hundred Ninety-Three Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Four United States Dollars ($593,796,474) have been previously granted; and POR CUANTO, las Partes mediante esta Enmienda No. Diecinueve desean modi fi car el Convenio para:WHEREAS, the Parties through this Amendment No. Nineteen desire to amend the Agreement to:
