GREGORIO LEONG CHAVEZ Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Casinos de Juego 9036 RESOLUCION Nº 067-99-CNCJ Lima, 7 de julio de 1999 Vistos, el Expediente Nº 017986-99-MITINCI respecto de la homologación e inscripción de 46 memorias de solo lectura solicitadas por la empresa Bally Gaming Inc., el Informe Nº 123-99-ST/CNCJ de la Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión Nacional de Casinos de Juego y el Informe Legal Nº 107-99-CNCJ/AL; CONSIDERANDO: Que, con fecha 23 de junio de 1999, la empresa Bally Gaming Inc. solicita la homologación e inscripción de 46 memorias de solo lectura;Que, admitida la solicitud no se han formulado obser- vaciones en la etapa de evaluación, recomendándose mediante el Informe Nº 123-99-ST/CNCJ y el Informe Legal Nº 107-99-CNCJ/AL la homologación e inscripción de las 46 memorias de solo lectura que constan en el Expediente Nº 017986-99-MITINCI; De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Reglamento de Uso y Explotación de Máquinas Tragamonedas, sus nor- mas modificatorias, las Resoluciones Nº 022-97-CNCJ y Nº 016-99-CNCJ; y estando a lo acordado por los miem- bros de la Comisión Nacional de Casinos de Juego en su sesión ordinaria de fecha 7 de julio de 1999; SE RESUELVE: Artículo Unico.- Aprobar la homologación e inscrip- ción de 46 Memorias de Solo Lectura de acuerdo al siguiente detalle: Nº de Código de la memoria Nombre del Fabricante Nacionalidad Registro de solo lectura A0000727 E644811X-05 Pos.
