Pág. 186500 NORMAS LEGALES Lima, jueves 11 de mayo de 2000 Maynas S.A. conforme a lo previsto por el Artículo 215º de la Ley Nº 26702, Ley General del Sistema Financiero y del Sistema de Seguros y Orgánica de la Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros, en adelante Ley General; y, CONSIDERANDO: Que, el Artículo 215º de la Ley General, establece que cuando como consecuencia del pago de una deuda contraida previamente y de buena fe, se reciba o adjudique en pago total o parcial, bienes muebles o inmuebles, la empresa de que trate debe enajenarlos en el plazo de un (1) año, el mismo que podrá ser prorrogado por esta Superintendencia por una sola vez y por un máximo de seis (6) meses; Que, en el segundo párrafo del referido artículo se precisa que vencido dicho plazo, sin que la enajenación se haya efectuado, la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Maynas S.A., deberá constituir una provisión hasta por el monto equivalente al costo en libros de los bienes no vendidos; Que, el numeral 4 de la Circular Nº CM-207-98 establece que las solicitudes para prórroga del plazo establecido en el Artículo 215º de la Ley General, deberán ser presentadas con una anticipación de, por lo menos, quince (15) días antes de su vencimiento, caso contrario será rechazada la solici- tud; Que, estando a lo informado por la Intendencia de Instituciones Financieras “F” mediante Informe Nº ASIF”F” Nº 047-OT/99 y a lo opinado por la Superintendencia Adjunta de Asesoría Jurídica y de Banca; En uso de las atribuciones conferidas por la Ley General del Sistema Financiero y del Sistema de Seguros y Orgánica de la Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros y la Resolución SBS Nº 0807-99 del 99.8.26; RESUELVE: Artículo Primero .- Prorrogar por seis (6) meses el plazo a que se refiere el Artículo 215º de la Ley General, para que la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Maynas S.A., proceda a la enajenación de los bienes señalados en el Anexo que forma parte integrante de la presente Resolu- ción. Artículo Segundo .- Vencido el plazo de prórroga que se otorga, la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Maynas S.A., deberá proceder conforme a lo establecido en el segun- do párrafo del Artículo 215º de la Ley General y la Circular Nº B-2017-98 (CM-207-98).
