Aprueban el Plan Regional del Desarrollo de Capacidades Humanas y modifican el Programa de Desarrollo Institucional
ORDENANZA REGIONAL Nº 023-GRJ/CR
EL PRESIDENTE DEL GOBIERNO REGIONAL DE MORDAZA, POR CUANTO: El Dictamen Nº 002-2005-GRJ/CR/CPPPAT, con el cual la Comision Permanente de Planeamiento, Presupuesto y Acondicionamiento Territorial del Consejo Regional - MORDAZA, eleva al Pleno, el Proyecto de Ordenanza que aprueba "Plan Regional de Desarrollo de Capacidades Humanas" y modifica el "Programa de Desarrollo Institucional" CONSIDERANDO: Que, la Ley Nº 27867, Ley Organica de Gobiernos Regionales en su articulo 15º inciso "q" establece que son atribuciones del Consejo Regional entre muchas otras, la de aprobar el Programa de Desarrollo Institucional y el Plan Regional de Desarrollo de Capacidades Humanas; Que, el Programa de Desarrollo Institucional es un instrumento de gestion que contiene actividades orientadas al cambio organizacional asegurando los soportes internos para mejorar los procesos de gestion y el desempeno del Gobierno Regional en el MORDAZA del MORDAZA de descentralizacion;
