558514 NORMAS LEGALES Sábado 1 de agosto de 2015 / El Peruano ($852,383) are obligated by this Amendment Nº Three, bringing the total funds obligated to date by the Agreement to One Hundred Fifty-Seven Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand One Hundred Twenty Six United States Dollars ($157,220,126). The total funding directly obligated by USAID to implementing partners under the terms of the Agreement is increased by Four Million Five Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Three United States Dollars ($4,521,333), to a new total of Thirteen Million Thirty-Five Thousand Three Hundred One United States Dollars ($13,035,301). 2. The fi rst sentence in Section 3.2 (b) (Grantee Contributions) is amended to read as follows: “The total Grantee’s contribution, based on USAID’s contribution in Section 3.1(a), are expected to be at least Thirty-Nine Million Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred Two United States Dollars ($39,318,602), as refl ected in Table 1.” 3. The Illustrative Financial Plan contained in Table 1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Illustrative Financial Plan attached to this Amendment as Table 1. 4. Title 5.2 of Chapter 5 “Regional Activities” included under Section V, “Development Objective Descriptions” under the Annex 1 “Amplifi ed Description” of the Agreement, is hereby modifi ed by adding the following two new paragraphs at the end of existing text: Addressing Biodiversity-Social Confl ict (ABC- LA). This project seeks to mobilize tools and methodologies to ameliorate extractive enterprise confl icts, both licit and illicit, that are or have the potential to negatively impact areas of signifi cant biodiversity and indigenous and minority communities. The end result of the project is to improve the skill sets and capacity of institutions (regional and local governments) and of target indigenous communities. Working through local actors, the project will create enabling conditions for locally driven confl ict resolution and lay a foundation for all actors involved to address causes of confl ict and work toward transforming them. Partnering for Adaptation and Resilience – Water: This Program will strengthen research centers focused on the effects of climate change on glaciers, paramos and high mountain hydrology in general; with an additional goal of building new, lasting links between glacier researchers and water managers to generate policy oriented data on watershed management and climate change adaptation. Except as expressly amended or modifi ed in this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain in full force and effect.
