Designan responsable de remitir las ofertas de empleo del INDECI a la Dirección General del Servicio Nacional de Empleo del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo
RESOLuCIÓN jEFATuRAL N° 236-2016-INDECI 20 de diciembre de 2016 VISTOS: El Memorándum N° 478-2016-INDECI/2.0 del 16 de diciembre de 2016, las Resoluciones Jefaturales Nºs. 100 y 232-2016-INDECI de fechas 06 de Julio de 2016 y 15 de diciembre de 2016, sus antecedentes; y CONSIDERANDO: Que, de conformidad con la Ley Nº 29664 - Ley que crea el Sistema Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres y su Reglamento aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 048-2011-PCM, el Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil - INDECI, es un Organismo Público Ejecutor que conforma el SINAGERD, responsable técnico de los procesos de preparación, respuesta y rehabilitación; Que, mediante la Ley N° 27736, Ley para la Transmisión Radial y Televisiva de Ofertas Laborales se dispuso que el Instituto de Radio y Televisión del Perú mediante Radio Nacional del Perú y Canal 7, programará en horario que considere conveniente su Directorio, avisos de servicio público en los que se ofrezcan puesto de trabajo públicos y privados; Que, por Decreto Supremo N° 012-2004-TR, se dictaron disposiciones reglamentarias de la Ley Nº 27736, disponiendo en su artículo 2º que todo organismo público y empresa del Estado está obligada a remitir sus ofertas de puestos públicos que tengan previstos concursar al Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo; Que, asimismo, el mencionado Decreto Supremo establece que los organismos públicos y empresa del Estado designarán al funcionario responsable de remitir las ofertas de empleo de la entidad, la misma que se realizará mediante resolución del titular de la entidad publicada en el Diario Oficial "El Peruano"; Que, mediante Resolución Jefatural N° 100-2016-INDECI del 06 de julio de 2016, se designó al señor Luis Martín Palacios Guerrero, en su calidad de Jefe de la Oficina de Recursos Humanos de la Oficina General de Administración, como responsable de remitir las ofertas de empleo del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil a la Dirección General del Servicio Nacional de Empleo del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo; Que, mediante Resolución Jefatural N° 232-2016-INDECI del 15 de diciembre de 2016, se designó a partir del 16 del mismo mes y año al señor Juan Carlos Montenegro Valderrama, como Jefe de la Oficina de Recursos Humanos de la Oficina General de Administración; Que, en consecuencia resulta necesario designar a la persona responsable que se encargará de remitir las ofertas de empleo del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil - INDECI a la Dirección General del Servicio Nacional de Empleo del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo; Con la visación de la Secretaría General, de la Oficina General de Administración y Asesoría Jurídica; SE RESUELVE: Artículo 1°.- Designar al señor JUAN CARLOS MONTENEGRO VALDERRAMA, Jefe de la Oficina
