587629 NORMAS LEGALES Viernes 20 de mayo de 2016 El Peruano / Detalle PD-1, del mes de noviembre del 2015, que obra en el expediente administrativo; De conformidad con lo propuesto por el Jefe del Departamento de Riberas y Zócalo Continental, a lo recomendado por el Director del Medio Ambiente y a lo opinado por el Director Ejecutivo de la Dirección General de Capitanías y Guardacostas; SE RESUELVE; Artículo 1º.- Aprobar la inscripción y protección de la rompiente denominada “Rompiente de Mirafl ores”, en un área acuática total de NOVECIENTOS OCHENTA Y SEIS MIL SETECIENTOS CINCUENTA Y SEIS CON 063/1000 METROS CUADRADOS (986,756.063 m²), ubicada en la zona de playa del distrito de Mirafl ores, provincia y departamento de Lima, a favor de la Federación Deportiva Nacional de Tabla - Artículo 3º.- El Estado se reserva la potestad de poner término y/o derogar la inscripción y protección de la rompiente denominada “Rompiente de Mirafl ores” que se otorga por la presente Resolución Directoral, por razones de seguridad, necesidad o interés público, sin lugar a reclamo alguno por parte de la Federación Deportiva Nacional de Tabla, de conformidad con la norma legal vigente. Artículo 4°.- La Federación Deportiva Nacional de Tabla – FENTA, tendrá en consideración lo establecido en la Ley 26306, mediante la cual reconocen la propiedad del corredor ribereño denominado Costa Verde a diversas Municipalidades distritales de la provincia de Lima, así como su Reglamento aprobado por Decreto Supremo N° 01-95-MTC de fecha 19 de enero de 1995. Artículo 5°.- La presente resolución directoral, será publicada en el Portal Electrónico de la Autoridad Marítima Nacional http://www.dicapi.mil.pe. Artículo 6°.- La presente resolución directoral, entrará en vigencia al día siguiente de su publicación en el Diario Ofi cial El Peruano.
