3. The Illustrative Financial Plan contained in Table 1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Illustrative Financial Plan attached to this Amendment as Table 1. Except as expressly amended or modified in this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain in full force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Republic of Peru and the United States of America, each acting through its respective duly authorized representatives, have caused this Amendment Nº Eleven to be signed in their names and delivered as of the day and year first written above. Entrada en vigencia de la "Enmienda N° Once al Convenio de Donación entre los Estados Unidos de América y la República del Perú (Convenio de Donación de USAID N° 527-0426)", suscrita el 9 de mayo de 2018 y ratificada mediante Decreto Supremo N° 033-2018-RE, de fecha 20 de julio de 2018.
