Artículo 2º.- La Federación Deportiva Nacional de Tabla ­ FENTA, está obligada al cumplimiento de las normas referentes a la protección del medio ambiente, la seguridad y salud de la vida humana, preservación de los recursos naturales en el medio acuático, conforme al artículo 683º del Reglamento del Decreto Legislativo Nº 1147. Artículo 3º.- El Estado se reserva la potestad de poner término y/o derogar la inscripción y protección de las rompientes denominadas "El Silencio", "Señoritas", "Caballeros", "Pico Alto", "Playa Norte" y "El Paso", que se otorga por la presente Resolución Directoral, por razones de seguridad, necesidad o interés público, sin lugar a reclamo alguno por parte de la Federación Deportiva Nacional de Tabla, de conformidad con la norma legal vigente. Artículo 4°.- La presente resolución directoral, será publicada en el Portal Electrónico de la Autoridad Marítima Nacional http://www.dicapi.mil.pe. Artículo 5°.- La presente resolución directoral, entrará en vigencia al día siguiente de su publicación en el Diario Oficial El Peruano.
