yentes existentes en funcion al uso del predio, conforme a los promedios de incidencia de generacion de residuos, proporcionados por la Gerencia de Limpieza Publica y Areas Verdes (PRD), determinandose, de esta forma, una cantidad de residuos anual generados por cada categoria. Esta cantidad de residuos por categoria ha sido dividida entre el numero de predios existente en cada categoria, obteniendose una cantidad anual de residuos por predio, la cual, dividida entre 365, da el promedio de desperdicio diario generado por cada predio. El monto trimestral se obtiene de: Monto trimestral = CKD x PRD x 90.

3.2 Serenazgo: El Costo total anual del servicio (CT) ha sido dividido entre 4 para obtener el costo trimestral anual del servicio, el cual ha sido prorrateado entre las 4 areas de manera proporcional a los indices de mayor intervencion. Cada area, asimismo ha sido categorizada en funcion al uso de los predios que requieren una mayor intervencion (%), asumiendo cada categoria a prorrata un costo trimestral en funcion de la mayor o menor intervencion. El costo por categoria (CS) es dividido entre el numero de predios (P) que corresponde a dicho sector, y de esta cifra se obtiene el monto de la tasa a pagar. Monto trimestral = CS / P ANEXOS TABLA I
