ATUNCAR HUAMÁN, Pedro S/Licencia 05.09.01 Que, los conductores indicados precedentemente, han infringido lo dispuesto en el literal F-1 del Artículo296º del Reglamento Nacional de Tránsito aprobado porDecreto Supremo Nº 033-2001-MTC, al conducir un vehículo automotor sin haber obtenido licencia de conducir ; por lo tanto, aquellos conductores son pasi- bles a la sanción administrativa establecida en el literal F-1 del artículo 314º del último Reglamento acotado; Que, la Dirección General de Circulación Terrestre, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Título VII, CapítuloIII, Sección II del Reglamento Nacional de Tránsito, esautoridad competente para sancionar a aquellos titula- res de licencias de conducir y conductores que han in- fringido el Reglamento acotado; Estando a lo opinado por la Dirección de Parque Au- tomotor y Circulación Vial en los Memorandos Nºs. 1379-2002-MTC/15.03. y 186-2002-MTC/15.18.05.03.AA y dela Asesoría Legal de la Dirección General de Circulación Terrestre en el Informe Nº 268-2003-MTC/15.AL; De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Reglamento Nacional de Tránsito aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº033-2001-MTC, la Ley del Procedimiento AdministrativoGeneral - Ley Nº 27444 y la Ley de Organización yFunciones del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicacio- nes - Ley Nº 27791; SE RESUELVE: Artículo Primero.- Sancionar a las personas indica- das en el primer considerando de esta resolución, conINHABILITACIÓN por el término de un (1) año para ob-tener licencias de conducir, computado a partir de la
