NORMAS LEGALES El Peruano Lima, viernes 10 de setiembre de 2010 425488 ORGANISMOS EJECUTORES SUPERINTENDENCIA NACIONAL DE ADMINISTRACION TRIBUTARIA Dejan sin efecto y designan representantes de la SUNAT ante el CETICOS Matarani y el CETICOS Ilo RESOLUCION DE SUPERINTENDENCIA N° 248 -2010/SUNAT Lima, 8 de septiembre de 2010 CONSIDERANDO: Que mediante Ley N.° 28569 se otorgó autonomía a los Centros de Exportación, Transformación, Industria, Comercialización y Servicios – CETICOS de Ilo, Matarani y Paita, con la fi nalidad de contribuir al desarrollo de las zonas sur y norte del país; Que el Artículo 5° de la referida Ley, establece que la Junta de Administración es el órgano máximo de dirección de los CETICOS y está conformada, entre otros, por un representante de la Intendencia de Aduana donde se ubique el mismo, el cual debe ser designado por resolución del titular del pliego; Que mediante Resolución de Superintendencia N.° 277-2009/SUNAT, se designó al señor Jorge Vidal Cárdenas Velarde como representante de la SUNAT ante el CETICOS Matarani, y mediante Resolución de Superintendencia N.° 020-2008/SUNAT se designó al señor Víctor Raúl Velásquez Campos como representante de la SUNAT ante el CETICOS Ilo; Que se ha estimado conveniente dejar sin efecto las citadas designaciones y, en consecuencia, designar a los trabajadores que ocuparán los mencionados cargos; En uso de las facultades conferidas en el inciso u) del Artículo 19° del Reglamento de Organización y Funciones de la SUNAT, aprobado por Decreto Supremo N.° 115- 2002-PCM; SE RESUELVE: Artículo 1°.- Dejar sin efecto la designación del señor Jorge Vidal Cárdenas Velarde como representante de la SUNAT ante el CETICOS Matarani, y del señor Víctor Raúl Velásquez Campos como representante de la SUNAT ante el CETICOS Ilo. Artículo 2°.- Designar al señor Luis Hernán Bringas Cárdenas como representante de la SUNAT ante el CETICOS Matarani, y al señor Jorge Vidal Cárdenas Velarde como representante de la SUNAT ante el CETICOS Ilo.
