VALDIGLESIAS HERNANDEZ, Antonio S/Licencia 17.03.2000 Que, los conductores indicados precedentemente, se en- cuentran incursos en lo dispuesto en el líteral F-1 del Artículo 3º del Reglamento de Infracciones y Sanciones de Tránsito aprobado por el Decreto Supremo Nº 17-94-MTC, de fecha 16 de junio de 1994, al CONDUCIR VEHICULOS MOTORIZADOS SIN HABER OBTENIDO LA CORRES- PONDIENTE LICENCIA DE CONDUCIR; siendo por lo tanto, pasibles a la sanción administrativa establecida en el literal e) del Artículo 6º del reglamento acotado; Que, en consecuencia es necesario dictar la medida administrativa correspondiente; Estando a lo opinado por las Direcciones de Parque Automotor y Circulación Vial, en memorándum Nº 962- 2000-MTC/15.18.05 y de Asesoría Legal en Informe Nº 303- 2000-MTC/15.18.01; De conformidad con lo dispuesto por la Ley Nº 26322, modificatoria del Artículo 111º del Código de Tránsito y Seguridad Vial aprobado por Decreto Legislativo Nº 420, Reglamento de Infracciones y Sanciones de Tránsito aproba- do por Decreto Supremo Nº 17-94-MTC, Texto Unico Orde- nado de la Ley de Normas Generales de Procedimientos Administrativos aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 02-94- JUS y Decreto Ley Nº 25862; SE RESUELVE: Primero .- Sancionar a las personas indicadas en el primer considerando de esta resolución, con INHABILITA- CION por el término de tres (3) años para obtener licencias de conducir, computados a partir de la fecha de la ocurrencia
