NORMAS LEGALES El Peruano Lima, domingo 3 de abril de 2011 440365 GOBIERNOS REGIONALES GOBIERNO REGIONAL DE ANCASH Relación de concesiones mineras cuyos títulos fueron aprobados en los meses de mayo, agosto, octubre, noviembre, diciembre de 2010, enero y febrero de 2011 DIRECCIÓN REGIONAL DE ENERGÍA Y MINAS DE ANCASH – HUARAZ RESOLUCIÓN DIRECTORAL Nº 040-2011-GRA-DREM/D Huaraz, 18 de febrero de 2011 CONSIDERANDO: Que, por Resolución Ejecutiva Regional Nº 0528-2006- REGIÓN-ANCASH/PRE de fecha 7 de setiembre de 2006, se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización de Funciones de la Dirección Regional de Energía y Minas del Gobierno Regional de Ancash; concordante con la Resolución Ejecutiva Regional Nº 0336-2008-REGIÓN-ANCASH/PRE de fecha 5 de mayo de 2008 Que, por Resolución Ministerial Nº 046-2008-MEM/ DM, de fecha 2 de Febrero de 2008 se declara que el Gobierno Regional de Ancash ha concluido con el proceso de transferencia de funciones sectoriales en materia de energía y minas; Que, con Resolución Ministerial Nº 139- 2008- MEM/ DM, de fecha 27 de marzo del 2008 se aprueba la relación de procedimientos a cargo de las Direcciones Regionales de Energía y minas; Que, por Memorándum Nº 667- 2008- GRA/ORAJ, la Ofi cina Regional de Asesoría Jurídica del Gobierno Regional de Ancash; establece que corresponde a la Dirección Regional de Energía y Minas realizar todo procedimiento administrativo de concesiones para pequeña minería y minería artesanal de alcance regional; De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 124º del Texto Único Ordenado de la Ley General de Minería, aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 014-92-EM; y, el artículo 24º del Decreto Supremo Nº 018-92-EM. SE RESUELVE: Artículo Único.- Publíquese en el Diario Ofi cial El Peruano las concesiones mineras cuyos títulos fueron aprobados en los meses, mayo, agosto, octubre, noviembre, diciembre del 2010, enero, febrero de 2011, de acuerdo a la relación adjunta que es parte integrante de la presente resolución y para los efectos a que se contraen los artículos 124º del Decreto Supremo Nº 014-92-EM y 24º del Decreto Supremo Nº 018-92-EM.
