Inscriben al Instituto de Investigacion de la .acultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Nacional del Callao en el Registro Electoral de Encuestadoras
RESOLUCION Nº 4144-2006-JNE Exp. Nº 9034-2006 MORDAZA, 18 de octubre de 2006 VISTO el pedido de inscripcion como encuestadora, formulado por el representante del Instituto de Investigacion de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Nacional del Callao; CONSIDERANDO: Que, el articulo 18º de la Ley Nº 27369 establece que solo podran publicarse encuestas electorales cuando la persona o institucion esten debidamente inscritas ante el MORDAZA Nacional de Elecciones; Que, teniendo en consideracion los fines de las Universidades, que son, entre otros, de formacion academica y de investigacion, constituyendo las actividades de realizacion de encuestas, sondeos de opinion o proyecciones de cualquier naturaleza sobre intencion de MORDAZA, una manera de investigar la realidad, debe interpretarse que la recurrente satisface la obligacion contenida en el inciso c) del articulo 4 del Reglamento aprobado mediante Resolucion Nº 390-2005JNE del 13 de diciembre de 2005; Que, con la MORDAZA de documento de identidad del recurrente, indicacion del domicilio del representante y de la oficina donde funciona la encuestadora, MORDAZA de pago de tasa, y la acreditacion de profesional calificado, el peticionante satisface los requisitos previstos en el articulo 4º del citado Reglamento, en consecuencia debe disponerse la inscripcion del Instituto de Investigacion de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Nacional del Callao como encuestadora, asignandosele un numero de registro y procediendose a la apertura de la partida correspondiente; Que, es apropiado senalar que el articulo 191 de la Ley Organica de Elecciones preve que la publicacion o difusion de encuestas y proyecciones de cualquier naturaleza sobre los resultados de las elecciones a traves de los medios de comunicacion, puede efectuarse hasta el MORDAZA anterior al dia de las elecciones; El MORDAZA Nacional de Elecciones, en uso de sus atribuciones; RESUELVE: Articulo Primero.- Inscribir en el Registro Electoral de Encuestadoras, al Instituto de Investigacion de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Nacional del Callao, el cual debe sujetar su actividad a
