Aprueban Reglamento Nacional de Tasaciones del Peru
RESOLUCION MINISTERIAL Nº 469-99-MTC/15.04 MORDAZA, 10 de diciembre de 1999 VISTO, el Oficio Nº 012-99-MTC-9311 del Consejo Nacional de Tasaciones, mediante el cual se remite el proyecto de Reglamento Nacional de Tasaciones del Peru; y, CONSIDERANDO: Que con Resolucion Ministerial Nº 257-98-MTC/15.04., se autorizo al Consejo Nacional de Tasaciones la prepublicacion del proyecto denominado "Reglamento General de Tasaciones del Peru", habiendose implementado las observaciones y sugerencias formuladas; Que, es necesario modificar la denominacion del proyecto "Reglamento General de Tasaciones del Peru" por el de "Reglamento Nacional de Tasaciones del Peru", dado que su MORDAZA de aplicacion y la sujecion a sus normas alcanza a todo el territorio de la Republica; Que el Articulo 31º del Decreto Legislativo Nº 143, establece que el Consejo Nacional de Tasaciones es el organismo encargado de proponer los Reglamentos de Tasaciones para su aprobacion por el Ministerio de Transportes, Comunicaciones, Vivienda y Construccion; De conformidad a los Decretos Leyes Nºs. 25491 y 25862; SE RESUELVE: Articulo Unico.- Aprobar la Edicion Oficial del Reglamento Nacional de Tasaciones del Peru, el cual consta de cinco (5) Titulos, veintisiete (27) Capitulos y ciento setenticinco (175) Articulos, los que forman parte integrante de la presente Resolucion Ministerial.
