Declaran fundado en parte recurso de apelacion interpuesto por Calificador de Establecimientos de Hospedaje contra la R.D. Nº 0531-2002-MITINCI/VMT/ DNT
RESOLUCION VICEMINISTERIAL Nº 005-2002-MINCETUR/VMT MORDAZA, 3 de octubre del 2002 Visto el Expediente Nº 13022 que contiene el Recurso de Apelacion interpuesto por el senor MORDAZA MORDAZA MORDAZA, Calificador de Establecimientos de Hospedaje, contra la Resolucion Directoral Nº 0531-2002-MITINCI/VMT/DNT, de fecha 25 de MORDAZA del 2002, y el Informe Nº 005-2002-MINCETUR/VMT-AJA; CONSIDERANDO: Que, la Resolucion Directoral Nº 0531-2002-MITINCI/VMT/DNT declarara infundado el Recurso de Reconsideracion interpuesto por el senor MORDAZA MORDAZA MORDAZA, Calificador de Establecimientos de Hospedaje, contra la Resolucion Directoral Nº 0352-2002-MITINCI/VMT/DNT, que lo sanciona con una Multa equivalente a Una UIT por haber incurrido en las Infracciones previstas en el Articulo 19º numeral II, literales a) y d) del Reglamento de Calificadores de Establecimientos de Hospedaje, aprobado por la Resolucion Ministerial Nº 151-2001-ITINCI/DM; Que, con fecha 20 de MORDAZA del ano en curso, el mencionado Calificador de Establecimientos de Hospedaje, interpone Recurso de Apelacion contra la Resolucion Directoral Nº 0531-2002-MITINCI/VMT/DNT, manifestando en su descargo que los errores formales y sustanciales graves
