Articulo 2º.- Transcribase la presente Resolucion a la Direccion General de Mineria, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el articulo 3º de la Resolucion Directoral Nº 051-2005-MEM/DGM. Articulo 3º.- Transcribase la presente Resolucion a la Oficina General de Administracion del INACC, para que ejecute las acciones pertinentes a fin de proceder con las transferencias a las Instituciones y Gobiernos Locales.
